SPA/ - Viven en Helas, pero cerca de la cueva de Winoreas. Una cueva helada, donde ellos viven y se adaptaron al frío, ya que su pelaje le cubre para protegerlo del hielo. Pero no pierden las artes marciales, se vuelven más luchadores y más defensivos, su pelaje se vuelve más duro que un Mienfoo y Mienshao de Teselia. En invierno salen de las cuevas y exploran el mundo. Dicen que los Mienshao de Helas eran los guerreros de Winoreas cuando éste provocó una guerra con sus hermanos dioses. Ahora viven en paz en invierno.

ENG// - They live in Helas, but very near to the cave of Winoreas. It is an iced cave, where they live. They adapted to the cold, because of the fur cover to protect them of the ice. But they don’t lose the martial arts, they become fighter and more defensive. Theirs fur get harder than a Mienfoo and Mienshao of Unova. In winter, they go out of the caves and they explore the world. It is said that the Mienshao of Helas were the warriors of Winoreas when this one provokated a war against its gods brothers. Now they live in peace in winter.

*Nueva habilidad: Absorbe Hielo- Absorbe ataques de tipo Hielo y aumenta la Defensa Especial y Defensa al pokémon con esta habilidad.

*New Ability: Ice Absorb- It absorbs attacks of Ice types and get up the Special Defense and Defense to the pokemon with this  ability.
